Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions:

  • You must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or color), please follow these steps:

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange item.
